Refund Policy

At Liora™, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will gladly assist you in line with South African Consumer Protection guidelines.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as lingerie, bodysuits, and clearance sale items) are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method (Paystack, Yoco, Peach Payments, EFT, or card) within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you qualified for free shipping, the actual courier cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges for size or colour are available where stock permits.

  • If the requested item is not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

  • Should you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at support@liora.co.za.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund.
