1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery within South Africa takes 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

  • Outlying or remote areas may take 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Fees

  • Delivery is free for orders over R1,000.

  • A flat-rate shipping fee applies for orders under R1,000 (displayed at checkout).

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can track your order online until it reaches your door.

6. Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order.

  • If the courier cannot deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated missed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional redelivery costs.

7. International Delivery

Currently, we deliver only within South Africa. International shipping options may be added in the future.
